During the closing ceremonies of this year's Olympics, it hit me like a ton of bricks: Everything becomes probable the moment you believe it's possible. Success, whatever that means to you, is attainable the second you decide you'll do whatever it takes to make it happen.
Each one of those Olympians started their quest with a dream, and made a choice to commit years of their lives to the achievement of that dream - years! This is the true definition of the 1% Mindset. It's not reserved for the "special people," it can be yours right now, this minute. All you must do is decide that you want your goals more than you're afraid of not reaching them.
The main ingredient in every highly successful person is the ability to eliminate "realistic" from their vocabulary and understand pain is mandatory. 1% isn't sexy, it's sweaty. It's frustrating and often heartbreaking ... but always rewarding.
